 Membership Subscription Fees

 

Revised Membership Fees/Dues effective October 1, 2009 as approved by ExecCom 2009-10 at its meeting held on July 4, 2009 at Chennai. 
Entrance Fee : There will not be any entrance fee for all categories of Membership from 1st October, 2009.

NOTE:
A. For Students

  1. A student member must attach a bonafide certificate from the college Principal stating that he/she will be a full  time student of the institute  for   the period form which membership (with CSI) is taken.

 

B. For Institutional Nominee

 The Nominees of the Institutional Member must send their individual forms duly filled. Photocopies of the Individual  Application form may be used, if needed.

 

C. General Notes

  1.  The information should be filed in BLOCK LETTERS (in English) 
  2.  The Date of Birth, Qualification and Experiencemust be supported by photocopies of the Certificates. The original    certificates should not be attached.
  3.  The fees are subject to review from time to time.
  4.  Out station cheques, Money Orders, Indian Postal Orders or Cash will not be accepted for payment of fees at CSI HQ
  5.  Foreign Members - Add US$ 20 for airmail.
  6.  On the BACK SIDE LEFT HAND TOP CORNER of the Demand Drafts the following details are to be written.    
    • Membership Number (in case of old Members)
    • Name of the Member
    •  Address
    • Type of membership and name of Institution where applicable     
  7. In case, the subscription fees are sent through the chapters, then the records will be updated only on the receipt    of  the communication from the chapter.
  8. All Individual and other Institutional membership fees should be deposited in Axis Bank saving account    No.060010100082439 of CSI HQ.Mumbai
  9. All Students and Educational Institute membership fees should be deposited in Axis Bank saving account No.          082010100395144 of Education Directorate, Chennai.
